2010 ONE-YEAR PASS/BIG 4 PASS HOLDERS INFORMATION

We want to thank all of our Home Teams and Pass Holders for their support in 2009 and look forward to another fun and exciting year in 2010. We have lots of new ideas to implement including making the Western Worrs game a 26-Hour Scenario pitting VIPER against PHENIX in an epic battle for the frontier.

A 2010 One-Year Pass includes unlimited Compressed Air and CO2 any time you are playing paintball at EMR. It includes entry into all of EMR’s Big Games and Scenario Games plus the 7 OPEN PLAY DAYS and the NEW CAPTURE THE FLAG 3-MAN LEAGUE SERIES. The Big games and Scenario Games that are included are the MARCH MELTDOWN ONE DAY SCENARIO, CASTLE CONQUEST XXIX, WESTERN WORRS 26-HOUR SCENARIO, PUMPER’S PANDEMONIUM, EMR EXTRAVAGANZA/VIPER 26 HOUR SCENARIO, CASTLE CONQUEST XXX, and the TOYS FOR TOTS ONE DAY SCENARIO GAME (Still expect players to bring toys for the kids though). This also entitles you to play anytime that you can organize a private group of ten or more players or if you come to play with a private group that registers to play at EMR. Only One-Year Pass Holders may come to EMR to just hang out on off weekends and use their bunkhouses. One-Year Pass Holders must notify EMR in advance that they are coming on off weekends.

We do not charge for the right to utilize one of our bunkhouses as a Team’s own bunkhouse and customize it for their own use; however we do expect certain commitments in return for that right. All Teams that have their own bunkhouse will be required to have at least a total of 15 Paid 2010 Pass Holders by January 15th, 2010, WHICH CAN BE MADE UP OF A MIXTURE OF10 ONE-YEAR PASSES AND 5 BIG FOUR PASSES. All Teams are expected to attend in force each of the BIG FOUR events with a minimum of 12 players. Less than this is not worth tying up a bunkhouse for the year and not making it available for other players to stay in. We will be keeping track of the team’s attendance for the bunkhouses to make certain they are being utilized and events are being attended to evaluate for 2011. TO MAKE IT EASIER ON THE HOME TEAMS, for 2010, WE WILL ALLOW TEAMS TO SUBSTITUTE PLAYERS AT EVENTS FOR PLAYERS THAT HAVE ONE-YEAR AND BIG FOUR PASSES AND CANNOT ATTEND THE EVENT. This way, Teams can recoup some of their money for members that cannot make it to all of the events, but those players that are substituting must be pre-registered under the team name by the pre-registration date for the event and stay in that designated Teams bunkhouse. It also has to be listed in the comment section of the registration form which pass holders are being replaced with a substitution. If the Pass Holder that has substituted another player for his pass then does attend, he will be required to pay the entry fee.

We expect all of the Teams that have their own bunkhouse to help promote EMR and help to bring new players to the events. In this respect, we expect EMR Home Teams to represent EMR in a positive and professional manner both in person and on the internet as part of our Family. EMR has a Great reputation with a Family Atmosphere and is known to be the Home of many Great Teams and we expect all of our Home teams to promote that reputation and represent it in a positive way as a Family. EMR Home Teams are expected to promote the Family Atmosphere both at EMR and away from EMR as well as on the Internet.

BIG FOUR PASS HOLDERS cannot come up on OFF WEEKENDS to hang out in the BUNKHOUSES. A BIG FOUR PASS ONLY entitles the player to attend the BIG 4 GAMES and stay in the bunkhouses for those BIG 4 games!
For the VIPER 26 HOUR SCENARIO GAME being held August 14th and 15th, 2010 at EMR, ALL PASSHOLDERS must Pre-register for the game by 7/30/10 to get their FREE ENTRY or else they will be charged $30 at the event to play. Please Only Register Team Members that plan on attending as EMR pays the producer for Every Person that Pre-regs. There will be no exceptions or late pre-regs accepted. VIPER and EMR ask that all PASS HOLDERS please push this event verbally, on the internet, and anyplace else that they can in exchange for them making allowances for the ENTRY FEE.

For the MARCH MELTDOWN SCENARIO GAME being held March 27th & 28th, ALL PASSHOLDERS must register for the game by 3/12/10 to get their FREE ENTRY or else they will be charged the $30 walk-on fee. For the TOYS FOR TOTS SCENARIO GAME being held November 6th & 7th, 2010, ALL PASSHOLDERS must Pre-register for the game by 10/22/10 to get their FREE ENTRY or else they will be charged $20 cash plus $20 Retail in New Toys at the event. There will be no late pre-regs accepted-no exceptions for Free Entry for either event.

ALL TEAMS THAT HAVE THEIR OWN BUNKHOUSES MUST HAVE ALL OF THEIR REQUIRED 15 PASSES PURCHASED BY JANUARY 15th, 2010 OR THE PRICE RAISES an additional $25 per PASS. Less than 15 players that have paid by January 15th, 2010 can result in loss of the bunkhouse or combination with other teams. Also due by January 15th is the $200 Electric Fee for each bunkhouse.

2010 HOME TEAM BUNKHOUSE RULES 1) EACH TEAM Bunkhouse must pay a $200 per year Electricity Fee by Jan 15th 2010

2) EACH TEAM Bunkhouse must be kept in good repair including:
A) Bunkhouse must be raised totally off of the ground on good supports.
B) Bunkhouse must be kept painted and/or sided. Must look good.
C) Bunkhouse surroundings must be kept clean and picked up at all times.
D) NO BUILDING MATERIALS, SCRAP, etc. can be left beside or behind any bunkhouse. It must be disposed of or stacked neatly under the bunkhouse.

3) EACH TEAM Bunkhouse is totally responsible for their garbage. A $50 fine will be imposed after each event or weekend on any TEAM that does not have their garbage properly separated and taken care of as follows. Each TEAM is responsible for any guests that they have stay or visit their bunkhouse. All TEAMS must put their garbage along Bunkhouse Road before leaving.
A) ALL CANS, GLASS, and METAL must be put in METAL TRASH CANS or BLACK TRASH BAGS.
B) ALL PAPER, PLASTIC, and FOOD GARBAGE must be put in PLASTIC 55 GALLON BARRELS or WHITE TRASH BAGS.
C) ALL PAINTBALL BOXES MUST BE BROKEN DOWN and STACKED BESIDE the OTHER GARBAGE.
D) ON ANY WEEKEND OTHER THAN EMR’s MAIN EVENTS, EACH TEAM MUST DISPOSE OF ALL THEIR OWN GARBAGE. $50 Fine if not done.
A) EITHER TAKE IT WITH YOU or
B) EMPTY 55 GALLON BARRELS and THROW WHITE TRASH BAGS into the FIRE PIT By the Campgrounds. EMPTY METAL CANS and BLACK TRASH BAGS into the DUMPSTER.

4) EACH TEAM is responsible to clean up all work materials before leaving.
A) All Drywall must be broken up and removed or put in dumpster.
B) Glass and Paint Cans must be crushed and put in dumpster.
C) All Scrap Wood and Furniture must be put in Fire Pit by Campgrounds.
D) All broken appliances, grills, etc. must be taken with you to dispose of.
E) All wood and materials must be neatly stacked under the bunkhouse.

5) ALL FIRES must be contained in a totally enclosed, raised, movable, Fire Place that is totally enclosed in screen mesh and be kept a minimum of 10’ from the bunkhouse. It must be totally extinguished before left. All Ashes must be dumped in the bon fire pit. Move fire pits beside bunkhouse before leaving.

6) EACH TEAM must be respectful of other players concerning NOISE, PROFANITY, and VERBAL ABUSE. All Players are paying customers and not all of them want to stay up all night and especially listen to profanity. Keep it in your bunkhouse.
A) All TEAMS must observe Quiet Time after MIDNIGHT at all Events.
B) All TEAMS must respect the opinions and feelings of other players.
7) No Smoking in Bunkhouses.

A) All Team Bunkhouses must have a SMOKE ALARM inside Bunkhouse.
B) All Team Bunkhouses must have a FIRE EXTINGUISHER mounted on the wall inside their bunkhouse by the door.

8) ABSOLUTELY NO FIREWORKS AT ANY TIME!
9) No FOUR WHEELERS/ATVs/MINI-BIKES/TRAIL BIKES/ ETC. use allowed at EMR.

Golf carts are allowed if driven responsibly and Owner provides EMR with an insurance policy naming EMR as an additional insured with a minimum liability coverage of $250,000

10) NO UNDERAGE DRINKING. Teams are responsible for monitoring their own members and guests to insure that they are 21 years old before consuming alcoholic beverages.

11) No parking in front of the bunkhouses along bunkhouse road. You may park between the bunkhouses if you are not in a roadway or behind them or in designated parking areas. No vehicle should extend past the front of the bunkhouse along the bunkhouse road.

12) All Home Team Bunkhouses that want a SANI-POT for any events must order them directly from Suburban Septic at (888) 775-3693. Ask for Yvonne.

ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT HAVING YOUR OWN BUNKHOUSE IS A PRIVELEGE THAT IS KEPT BY BEHAVING LIKE AN EMR HOME TEAM AND PART OF THE EMR FAMILY. HOME TEAMS ARE EXPECTED TO RESPECT THE OTHER PLAYERS AND EMPLOYEES OF EMR AS THEY WANT TO BE RESPECTED AND BEHAVE ACCORDINGLY BOTH ON AND OFF THE FIELD. THIS ALSO INCLUDES ALL WORDS AND POSTS ON THE INTERNET. ANY TEAM THAT DOES NOT CONVEY THE FAMILY AND COMRADERIE ATMOSPHERE OF EMR ON THE INTERNET OR AT EMR CAN HAVE THEIR BUNKHOUSE RIGHTS REVOKED!

I have read and completely understand the rules listed above and agree to abide by them fully. I understand that breaking these rules can result in losing the rights to use the bunkhouse or expulsion from EMR.
